Pricing, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and enterprise access may be governed by separate order forms, proposals, or written agreements. Unless otherwise stated, public website content is informational and does not create a binding commercial offer.

SpendexAI and its related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights to your own content, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendexAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
